Most new applications take around 90 to 120 days to fully complete including the consultation with the local community and stakeholders. This is dependant on several different factors- as an example a new Pub licence takes a lot longer than a new Restaurant licence.

The one consistent starting point for all liquor licence application is a copy of your DA, and a floor plan.
If you don’t have one, we can assist you to get these documents from council.
Once the conditions of the Development Consent are established, we can provide you with advice about the best type of licence for your business and what documents we will need from there.
